Why Was My Order Returned?
Throughout the approval process, your order may be returned to you due to a few reasons. This may be due to errors with your design that require your corrections and reapproval, things can be returned because they are rejected/incorrect, questions on your order, or adiCustom made enhancements/changes and need reapproval.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Orders are not submitted until the order approval process is complete. Upon completion of the order approval process, you must contact your team dealer to cancel. Orders that are released to production are unable to be canceled.
What Happens if My Order is Canceled By a Dealer or adiCustom?
If your order is canceled, it will not be produced. To learn more about why your order was canceled, please contact your team dealer.
What is the difference between Return by adiCustom and Modify by adiCustom?
When your order is submitted, it will be sent to a dealer for approval.

The dealer will then submit the order to adiCustom for review.

If your order is modified by adiCustom, it is in need of review and reapproval. If your order was modified, adiCustom made the adjustments necessary only requiring the dealers’ and buyers’ approval. PP: any update to the order is immediately visible to all parties involved. A buyer can log into their locker to view any changes. A dealer can view it in their dashboard.

If your order is returned, it is in need of revision and resubmission. Reasons may vary.
