What is a user? What is a dealer? What is the difference between a user and an account?

There are many roles within the custom uniform design and order process. Whether you are a coach, a player, an approved Adidas dealer, a direct school, or more, we’ve outlined each role for a better understanding below.

• Organization: The school, club, or team that the custom uniform order is being designed for.
• Account: An approved adidas entity such as a team dealer or approved direct school with the authorization to place orders directly with adidas Custom.
• User: A registered user who can design and submit orders to an authorized adidas account. A user can be anyone from a coach, athletic director, athlete, etc. (A user can also be an account.)
• adiCustom: Adidas Custom and its Team Account Specialists are the customer support team that facilitates the order process.

Power Play: Each order requires an organization and an account to complete the process.

Power Play: An account holder can impersonate or act as a buyer to move the organization’s order along.
