What is a Locker?

A locker is a centralized location on the configurator that stores all order progress. Lockers are used by all accounts such as coaches, schools, teams, and clubs.

How do I use my Locker?

Your locker should be your first stop when logging into the configurator. Your locker has many sections. Each section is explained below.

NEEDS REVIEW: This section of your locker alerts you of any submissions that require your attention. Please review the current version, approve any edits and re-submit your order.

Power Play: You will receive an email notification when your order needs review. Best practice is to access your order through email to save time and clicks!

SAVED DESIGNS: In your locker, you are able to view your Saved Designs. You can continue working on your saved designs, submit your design, or create a new design.

Power Play: The more detailed your design name is, the easier it will be to navigate through your multiple designs

ROSTERS: This section of your locker keeps all rosters you’ve added for orders. These rosters can be used for reorders or to attach to any new orders you wish to make.  Saved rosters can be edited, adjusted, and deleted.

Power Play: Be sure to give as much detail as possible in the Roster’s title to easily differentiate your rosters.

SUBMISSIONS: This section of your locker contains each order that has been submitted and its current status. Click on the VIEW button to view your order summary and act on any actions that need your attention.

Power Play: Submissions will move to “Order History” when they are released to production.

Power Play: You are now able to reorder as needed for orders placed after 1/1/2021.

ORDER HISTORY: This section of your locker lists all orders that have been approved as to design, roster, and estimate, and have been passed on to production.

Orders shown here are either in production, or have been completed and shipped. The status of each order is reflected on the table.
