Packing

How are orders packed?

Every order is packed individually and depending on the quantity being ordered, can be packed in one or more boxes.  We have different box sizes to accommodate the different quantities and types of products we offer. All units in a box are packed in a sealed master polybag to protect them from water damage.

Orders that contain a top and a bottom are packed separately, never in the same box. Under normal circumstances, all boxes belonging to the same order are sent to the recipient at the same time. On occasions, if an order is needed urgently, adiCustom might decide to ship only tops or only bottoms and send the remaining pieces at a later time.
