When will my order ship?
Our normal production lead times are 8-10 weeks from the time orders receive final approval. Orders that contain a top and a bottom go through different manufacturing cycles and are, therefore, packed individually. Orders can be packed in one or more boxes depending on quantity and whether the order includes a top and a bottom.
Once orders get through the production process, they are sent to our Distribution Center in Miami, Florida. Shipments get delivered twice a week, normally on Mondays and Thursdays, and are sent out to customers within 24 hours of arriving at the DC. Under normal circumstances, all boxes belonging to the same order are sent to the customer at the same time. On occasions, if an order is needed urgently, adiCustom might decide to ship only tops or only bottoms and send the remaining pieces at a later time.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the account rep after each order is shipped.
Approximately 1 week after the order has shipped, adidas will send to the account (Dealer or Direct School) an invoice/debit memo requesting payment for the order. This invoice will reflect, if applicable, the earned seasonal discount the account is entitled to.
Power Play: After an order has shipped you can get tracking information at any time by checking on Order Status.
