When a dealer creates an order themselves, the order submission screen is slightly different than that of a regular user. Dealers have the ability to add a Purchase Order Number and Shipping address for this order. See images below. Then, by clicking SUBMIT ORDER the order will be sent directly to adidas Custom for REVIEW.
