What are Dealers able to do during the design process?
Dealers can create a design themselves and submit an order on behalf of one of their Organizations/Schools. This can be done from the dashboard.
Dealers are able to act on behalf of the original buyer who created the initial design. Dealers can pick up where the buyer left off to complete the design process. When in this mode, the dealer can submit on behalf of the original buyer.
Power Play: Any changes made in this setting will be visible to the original buyer as well
Dealers are able to Approve and place orders with adidas Custom from submissions received from their Schools/Organizations.
Dealers are also able to delete designs from the design list in the dealer dashboard.
How can a Dealer submit on behalf of an Organization/School?
When a dealer creates a design themselves, the order submission screen is slightly different than that of a regular user. Dealers have the ability to add a Purchase Order Number and Shipping address for this order. See images below. Then, by clicking SUBMIT ORDER the order will be sent directly to adidas Custom for REVIEW.
How does Dealer Pricing work?
Throughout the design process, users and dealers will see all pricing shown as MSRP (retail). Dealer discounts (wholesale less any applicable earned discount) will be reflected when billed.
